Social Media is a scam.
This is the original blindfold used to blindfold many of us.
Since it has turned to the measure of how successful someone is because of likes and followers.
Many of us believe we are worthless whenever we post and couldn't secure up to hundred or millions of likes.
We think those who are happy are the ones posting their smiling pictures, laughing videos.
We believe they are far better than us since they use a better place to snap a better pics.
We also believe they are the most happiest couple because they just released a video where they hugged, kissed and smiled to each other but we forget to find out who they truly are.
If happiness is free, I can boldy say it is on social media. Because not all who smiles there smiles in their real life.
I see social media as a place to oppress people when you are also depressed. That's where you'll see shade a motivational speaker telling you she made it with 1k in Less than 2weeks.
So you started thinking you are a failure because with even 20k you never make it.
If you think you are worthless, let me burst your brain.
Do you know Kola you always see in front of A Venza car don't even have a bicycle.
Do you know Tola the most happiest comedian on Instagram always feel sad after she finished the shot.
It's good to think you are below but remember those who you are above.
Don't let social media take full control of your life.
You are sad because you don't have figure 8. Just remember some use Photoshop to make them figure 8.
Some are not even as beautiful as you are but they look nicer in video because of digital camera.
You can imagine the author who write a book titled “ HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN 3DAYS” doesn't even have money to launch the book.
My sister, if she says she's coming from the tap don't let her deceives you, she is coming from the well.
Social media likes shouldn't be a measure of SUCCESS.
Because sometimes, things aren't the way we see them ONLINE.
